This is a DCC decoder for the On30 Heisler. The decoder is equipped with Motor and lighting functions It can be upgraded to a sound decoder using Bachmann Sound Module #44953 (discontinued) specifically designed for this decoder. Although this has a 21-pin connector, you CANNOT plug a 21-pin decoder into it.
