F.A.Q.
Q. What information should I have before I call?
A. It is very helpful to know the scale, wheel configuration, and age of your engine prior to your call. This way, we can quickly help with identifying what parts we have available for you.
Q. Why do we limit quantities on parts?
A. We limit our quantities to prevent anyone from acquiring the entire supply of any of our parts. This helps keep as many parts available to as many customers as possible.
Q. How do we calculate shipping?
A. Our shipping charge covers the shipping fee of the carrier you have selected, as well as the cost to pull, pack and protect your parts for their journey. This includes manpower and packing materials. If we were to work this cost into each of our parts, the price for smaller items would be exorbitant. We encourage you to take inventory of the parts you may need for multiple projects so that you can include them in one order.
Q. Why can’t you ship a small part in an envelope?
A. Unfortunately, stamped mail does not include tracking and all our orders must include tracking for accounting purposes.
